Payments
Payment for products and services is due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made in advance. Payment for training seminars managed by NTC is required at time of registration. Payment for special order or high value products, or for client requested travel and related expenses, may be required in advance.
Refunds
Our number one goal is to develop long term relationships with satisfied clients. If you are not satisfied with a product or service you receive from NTC or its operational units please let us know and give us a chance to correct the problem. If we can not resolve the problem to your satisfaction we will refund all or part of your money. Full refunds are available for training class registrations that are canceled at least 10 days prior to the class date. There is a no refund policy for special order products, custom hardware or software, and expenses incurred at the specific request of the client.
Service Agreement
All services are performed based on client engagement agreements established at the time services are arranged. Each client engagement has its own standards for performance, billing arrangements, and other governing details. No information on this web site should be construed as an agreement to provide services of any kind, as a warranty or guarantee of service or performance, or as a legally binding contract with regard to price, performance or availability.
